Legalising Marijuana (& ALL Drugs, really).

(Replies to various misinformed arguments against it...):

1. "But the CHILDREN!!"

-Driving, Booze, Porn, Caffeine, Cigs, Gambling (Lottos, Casinos, Bingo, Poker, etc...): All Legal & inappropriate for kids, who are educated about the inherent risks (ie. cost, addiction, health).

2. "Addictions!!"

-Legalisation creates the ability to acquire help w/out fear of legal ramifications. 3-8% of those who try drugs (and/or ANY of the aforementioned LEGAL activities, like Gambling, etc... **excepting Cigs, which contain additives to make their addictiveness almost a shoe-in) are pre-dispositioned towards addiction and will continue using. Help shouldn't be unavailable or stigmatized just because an item was made illegal based upon the crooked Gov't ideals of the Hearst Generation.

3. "It's illegal for a reason!"

-Prohibition/The War On Drugs created a taboo & (therefore) a black market. It's filled prisons with otherwise law-abiding humans. It's perpetuated racism (profiling used to imprison a disproportionate number of young black men, Even though Anonymous self-reporting data places drug usage as essentially even across races/ethnicities/incomes). It's kept cartels, with their penchant for beheading Good L.E.O.s, living 'High On The Hog', paying off Gov't shills, Lobbyists, & Dirty/Threatened Cops in order to KEEP drugs illegal, to KEEP spreading misinformation, to keep tricking people like You that it's ANYONE'S business if someone wants to "hit the pipe" the way one would "crack a beer".

4. "Legalised products of today at least TRY to prevent people from using it now that the companies know the dangers!"

Are you aware that Phillip Morris (aka Tobacco) prevented the release of the  CANCER-SMOKING connection for YEARS after it was known? They denied it with LOTS of money in exactly the same way that the Oil Companies pay big bucks to create climate change denial.
Are you aware that they (P.M.) Fund U.S. Election Campaigns in exchange for leniency on creating new consumers, as their current ones need to be replaced rapidly due to their becoming ill so frequently? That they've spread horrid misinformation regarding E-Cigs (the safest alternative to cigarettes besides quitting - a near impossibility for many)? That their "Don't Smoke" commercials are PURPOSELY created to be SO incredibly lame that 35% of the HUGE groups of kids surveyed after watching the commercials reported that they'd be MORE likely to smoke?
And yet, we see people who are filled with self-righteous anger, with spoon-fed media lies, opposing Marijuana as if it's the devil. As if it HASN'T been found to help so many people medically. As if it DOESN'T create a lovely happy feeling for people who use it recreationally. As if it's ACTUALLY a "gateway" (which it isn't, as the whole gateway drug theory was debunked ages ago, and yet, like a brain-devouring zombie, it refuses to die).

5. "Well, I KNOW the world's bad. The TV said so. And I'm afraid of my own shadow, cos marauding packs of darkly-complected druggies & thieves are going to break in, & I can't shoot 'em cos Obama took my gun for his socialist regime that he instituted cos he hates America so much that he faked his birth certificate in order to be President & Muslim, Socialist, 9/11, Wind Turbine Syndrome, Benghazi, Sheeple, Hobby Lobby, Tea Party, Christian Nation, Gay Agenda, Feminazis, Race-card, Foetus', Men's Rights, Crazy, War-On-Xmas, just-shat-my-britches, fear-filled, I'm-a-sucker, bleep-bleep, bloop-bloop-blip, drool, fwd::fwd::fwd::urban-legend-designed-to-scare-neo-cons, vacantly-parroting-angst-based-media-clips-that-are-easily-digestible, something-else fucking-stupid, victims-always-ask-for-it, Trickle-Down-DumbAssinomics, Dark-people-immigration-reform, us-v.-them, shit-on-the-poor, Jesus-died-for-Murica, yadda yadda yadda...?"

I identify as Pansexual. I'm also an Intersectional Feminist 'til PURE Equality's realised. Then I'll be a Humanist & Equalist (Not implying Binary Genders- rather, ALL those oppressed become Actively Equal to "{Pale} Male As The Norm", Socially Advantageous status quo of Present).

I Excitedly anticipate our Peaceful future, with Freedom & Liberty that will TRULY encompass:

*A Religious-Spiritual-Atheistic-Agnostic Tolerant, Empathic, & Politically Separate Global (Uni/Multi-Versal) CO-Existence;

*Our Freedom of Speech having an amendment that's taught & reinforced in schools- you May say what you like, but if you make someone feel awful & they tell you so, then you ought to genuinely apologise.   **Women-as-Commodities-& mere Accessories-of-Sex-Beauty-Youth BEFORE they're (or Instead of) valued as humans;
  **Chastity-as-Currency-that's-prematurely-Spent-Only-By-The-Wicked;
  **Good-Women-as-Madonna/Purity;
  **Women-as-Singular-protectors-of-chastity;
  **Men-as-singular-chastity-thieves, tricking women into surrendering the only thing of value that she supposedly possesses (according to Society), with no regard for her as a HUMAN, her actual potential desire for sex {or lack thereof - it's moot, as all that matters is a "hymen");
  **Girls pledging their virginity to their dads as if a Father's love is a practice/placeholder for a future Spouse's love? As if it's not creepy (& often cited by father child molesters to their abused daughters whilst grooming them to be victims)? A Father's love is only available to daughters who've not been permanently rendered filthy by a man's sneaky penis;
  **Society's rejection of women as sexual beings without deeming them tainted/dirty/a "free milk provider"/invalid & unworthy?/Sex-as-a permanent, unenjoyable, & game-changing act for a Woman (or simply being Penetrated sexually, for a man) - an act that can't be washed away, that's viewed as so filthy, mysterious, punishing, & painful by many men (To Perform the Penetration, tho?? Completely washable [!?!].) that it's taken by force by some men (I'm addressing male rapists - yes, I know some awful women can rape & sexually abuse, too, but it's not this topic) in order to hurt a woman;
  **Women's Sexuality-as-a-character-judgment (women who may've initiated or enjoyed the act), & sex as a thing so feared & misunderstood & mysterious that women are forced into dressing in a way that will supposedly provide protection against this perceived permanent filth of being penetrated, to bear the brunt of males-as-entitled-&-ruled-by-baser-&-100%-acceptable-urges (despite RAPE being a crime of hatred & not eroticism), & non-compliance of dress-code indicates to society that she's a Whore (someone who may actually enjoy sex v. someone involved in prostitution), wanton, unworthy of respect, less valuable to society that a "purity guardian", & that she doesn't feel self-respect (v. Maybe she just wants to wear the clothing she feels happiest in? You know, like EVERYONE?);

**Calling Women Sluts - which just means women who LIKE SEX. So if they'd prefer women to NOT like it? They're either bad at it or rapists;
  **Austism/Savants/Coeliac's as comedic tropes;
  **Can-Do-Attitudes as cures for health/social ills;
  **Beast-to-Beauty with the absence of glasses & with a 'sexy' hairdo & 'cooler' clothes;
  **Making heroes of celebrities who do HORRIBLE things {ie. holding people hostage, being violent towards others, etc...};
  **RomComs being embraced as
   A) the way 'ALL actual women invariably think', or even as Every woman's favourite movie genre, which we then force our unwitting boyfriends to see, for which they'll be 'rewarded' with post-romcom Sex.
   B) A Realistic Feminine Trope (ie. Many MRA groups {see: Eliot Rodger who just finished his woman-hatred-fuelled killing spree on 5/24/14 leaving 4 men & 2 women dead, 13 very injured, & numerous families shattered forever} have admins &/or members who - perhaps due to a profound lack of female friendships, or maybe a predisposition to a media-stoked deep-seated fear of perceived emasculation, or even just shyness, misplaced angst, & paranoia - seem unfortunately unable to see women as anything more than creatures who: owe them sex, should be conquered for sex, tricked into sex, who provide only certain lucky, craftier men with sex & for very shallow reasons, who use their female purpose of existence (women=sex) as a guarded & teasing asset that men who can't trick them from it may then capture it or fool them out of it; many of their bizarre & misinformed ideas & opinions are quoted straight from their experiences with women via the  "RomCom Universe" (even just via the adverts alone, as many will not watch these movies - not because romcoms are often a bit stupid & quite sexist & rife with lazy jokes & predictable plots, but because they are 'chickflicks'), & via many other Hollywood Genres ie. Revenge Of The Nerds (Woman who doesn't originally see Man as a sex partner, inexplicably preferring a brute, but can be persuaded if you Save them/Buy them/Prove yourself (to be the best/richest/strongest/funniest). The woman won't pursue a solitary existence, obviously. She just has to make a lifetime of choices between men. Worst Trope? The man who perseveres can wear·down· said woman·as·prize until she wearily acquiesces to her stalker!!;

Until the world changes? My Own personal definition of Pansexuality, as it applies to my life is:
1. "Chacun à son goût" (To each their own).
2. I LOVE who I wind up being IN love With
    (labels be damned).
3. I identify as gender-fluid I guess · the way we all once were in our Zygotic Idylls.
4. All Freedoms (that do no harm) are sacred.
   *If one Feels they were born into the wrong body? Then they Were. They need to be Free to pursue this transition in a Supportive Society (the same support granted to those born with pancreas that
 weren't so great after all for that person's well-being & so they required insulin to live in a healthy & happy way. That's how much it's NOT society's business to judge ANYONE).
5. I support others' rights to identity with their Own labels or non-labels.
6. We are Unique.
